Advance registration for the Blackseacom 2013 conference is now open!
Discounted Early Registration is available until 11:59PM EDT, June 12, 2013. After this deadline, registrations will be accepted at the Late Registration rate.
Registration is required for all participants of BlackSeaCom 2013. One full registration is needed to register up to 2 papers.
In addition to registering to the conference, you should also separately reserve a hotel room preferably at the Sheraton Batumi Hotel, where the conference will be held. To book your room, please follow this link.

Terms and Conditions
All payments are processed through EDAS, and the BlackSeaCom 2013 organization committee has no liability whatsoever. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing to mcvuran@cse.unl.edu and received no later than June 1, 2013. Requests received by June 1, 2013 will receive a full refund less a USD 100 processing fee. For those who pay by credit card, refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. Processing of the refunds may take over 30 days. No refunds will be processed for cancellations after June 1, 2013. Extras (Banquet Tickets, Welcome Reception Tickets, and USB proceedings) are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit Card is the suggested method for the registration fee. However, if the attendees wish to pay by Paypal, they agree to pay the associated fees. If the attendees prefer to pay by wire transfer, they need to contact the Finance Chair, Mehmet Can Vuran, at mcvuran@cse.unl.edu.
Early Registration
Early registrations (i.e., before June 12) without real payment actions will be canceled. Attendees have to go through the online process again, and will not be considered as early registration.
Item Specifications
Full Conference Registration includes one copy of the proceedings, admittance to all paper and poster sessions at BlackSeaCom 2013 panel sessions, conference lunches, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, one ticket to the Welcome Reception, and one ticket to the Conference Banquet.
Student Conference Registration includes one copy of the proceedings, admittance to all paper and poster sessions at BlackSeaCom 2013, conference lunches, and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only.
