Paper Submission

Papers should describe original work and should be no more than 5 printed pages in the IEEE double-column proceedings format including tables, figures and references. Standard IEEE conference templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats can be downloaded from here.

Accepted papers up to 5 pages will be published in the conference proceedings as well as in IEEEXplore with no additional charge. One extra page is allowed with an additional fee, if accepted.

To be published in the conference proceedings and IEEEXplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL rate and MUST present the paper at the conference. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to 2 papers.

Important Dates

   Paper submission deadline:   March 15, 2013 April 19, 2013
   Notification of acceptance:     May 20, 2013
   Camera-ready papers due:    June 1, 2013
